Hello readers, welcome to the first reader feedback post here on Black Ridge Fiction. As you may already know from my original blog, Male Celeb Fanfiction, reader feedback posts are where I take the time to communicate with my readers on what I'm planning and listen to your comments, questions and suggestions on my stories.
I have been very pleased to see all the comments on my latest story and after seeing so many, thought I should make the first reader feedback post here to provide a space for everyone to give me their thoughts on how the series is going so far.
Now while I'm happy to answer your questions to the best of my ability please keep in mind that I don't want to give away too many spoilers about the plot of the series. So I might not be able to fully answer every question, because there are still some things I'm keeping secret for now.
But please feel free to comment here and let me know what you think of the stories, the characters, the world that I'm building, etc.
And let me just say thank you to everyone who reads my stories, I love sharing these horny fantasies with anyone who's interested in reading them.
Edit 1: Also I'd like to ask that people use the names of the characters when discussing them. I see a lot of people refer to Kevin as "Cassy" even though the name of the actor who plays Kevin on Riverdale is Casey not "Cassy", and I see people referring to my character Simon Mitchell as "Simon Spier".
I know the characters are loosely based on the real-life fictional characters and actors but I would prefer everyone to refer to my characters with the names that I give them.
Edit 2: I've gotten some very good questions on this post and I have made an update to the Guide post including some of the info that I have provided based on some questions here. Thank you for all your questions.

I do want to put out the character profiles quicker but I feel like they're best put out after specific stories so that nothing in the character profile gives away what is about to happen in the next story. But I also realize that people don't always know who the characters are based on so I might consider putting out character profiles sooner and avoid any plot spoilers in the character info.

DeleteI came to read the stories for the porn, stayed for the plot but hang out for the low key romance.
ReplyDeleteI do like a porn story that can do a little of romance, and I think there is a little bit here, wich is refreshing in every sense of the word and even when it's not the focus on the story and that it is a poronograpic pice of work that it's not devoided of it.
Most people who write porn this days do not care for chimistry other than sexual and I find that you go beyond that to give them genuine emotion.
I sense a low key romance between the parent and the teenager and that is fantastic.
Seth I belive that you are a great writer and have a sofisticated taste in erotica, because it's not vulgar like some other writers.

Thank you so much for your kind feedback. I do consider my stories both here and on my original blog to be pornography first and foremost and they will continue to be so, but I also believe in adding nuance to the plot and chemistry between the characters.

As a top I enjoy the discritions of the Betas I am so into Tom Holland and Tye Sheridan.

ReplyDeleteI have already established that the difference between Alphas and Betas is sociological, not biological so an Alpha doesn't necessarily have a higher sperm count than a Beta.

What you mean is that you know some of Jack's and Tommy's Milestones? or are you planning to get rid of them after it ends? or they will still be central to the story but not as frequent? or become recurring characters? sorry for all the questions and speculation I am a very anxius person by nature, and I really like them. And don't want to see them go.

Being considered a Beta or an Alpha comes from whether or not a boy demonstrates typically Alpha or Beta characteristics. By the time a boy reaches sexual maturity he, his family, friends and other people would know if the boy fits the description of an Alpha or Beta.

ReplyDeleteA Beta is pretty much always claimed by an Alpha who is usually their Dad or their husband and it's the Alpha's duty to protect their Beta. So the Dad or husband would try to stop another Alpha from raping their Beta but if the other Alpha did succeed in raping the Beta it wouldn't be illegal.

2- Not necessarily. The Church Of Manhood isn't about spiritual worship, it's about social philosophy.

4- Betas are expected to be submissive but many would probably cry out for help or try to flee, depending on the situation.
5- It values virginity in the sense that Betas who are virgins are considered more valuable to Alphas. I'll probably expand more on this topic in future stories.
6- It's not really the Church that punishes people. I'll demonstrate more of this in future stories.
7- This depends on the situation.
8- Not necessarily, although the typical masculine ideal does involve being muscular and at least somewhat hairy. But different people have different preferences.
